Saying Goodbye to Boring Beer Die...
Our journey began when we tried to show our European roommate how to play Beer Die. Unfortunately, it was the middle of winter, so we played inside on a cheap plastic table. Like many, we quickly realized that Beer Die on a plastic table sucks! As STEM PhD students, we naturally wondered how we could fix this problem on a budget...
That question led to the creation of The ByeDie Pad!
Testing, Testing, and More Testing...
We have tirelessly tested dozens of ByeDie pad designs. A subset of early prototypes are pictured here
We tested materials, feature sizes, and feature layouts for their effects on bounce distance and catch rate.
After six months of testing, we finally landed on a few products that we love and that we are excited to share!
